It is time for you to think about our Spring MAESP Conference in March. We need nominations in two areas to recognize our colleagues at the MAESP Conference. If you know of a new principal or assistant principal you would like to nominate, please send their name, school and number of years in that position as a reply to this email by Jan. 16th. Our SWMAESP committee will look over the nominations and select one principal and one assistant principal to be recognized in March at the conference. We also want to make sure that person is a member of MAESP and has plans to attend the conference. Each region in the state will have a candidate to recognize. It is an awesome time to celebrate and appreciate our colleagues.
This is a separate recognition from our Distinguished Principal event. Our southwest candidate for DP is Tracey Hankins, Republic Principal. She will represent us well!
Just a reminder….if you haven’t signed up for the Spring Conference March 14-17th…you still have time!
